We remove all door and drawer faces to prepare and lacquer them at our shop. You have complete use of your kitchen during this process.

Soon after, our mobile spray technicians return to complete the on-site refinishing and lacquering of your cabinetry, utilizing the same European lacquer that was applied in our shop.

All newly finished door and drawer faces are installed with new modern hardware of your choice. You get to enjoy your brand new kitchen, at a fraction of the cost of new, with surprisingly little disruption.

There was no noise disruption between them and the pest exterminator from North Vancouver working on our home. It was like they weren't even there. Kitra was started by Vancouver entrepreneurs Anthony Pavlakovic and Toddy Pretty because no one in North America was refinishing kitchen cabinetry and other millwork to a factory-grade level. Everything that was being done was unfortunately of low-quality, highly temporary and would rarely ever meet the demands of interior designers, architects and licensed general contractors. Kitra wanted to change this.

Founded one of the largest, high-end finishing companies in the city of Vancouver, Canada servicing architects, custom home builders and interior designers. Anthony holds two U.S. patents on finishing related products, and graduated from UBC Sauder School of Business in Finance with honours.
